Who we are
A buying agent, not a reseller
Noor Shop & Ship is an independent personal shopping and package forwarding service operated from Iraq. We buy items on your behalf from international stores and ship them to you — we are not affiliated with any retailer shown in the app.
- We buy for you. Your order is placed by us with the original store, using our accounts and cards.
- Wholesale and retail. Single items or bulk quantities from the UAE, China, Germany and Turkey.
- Consolidated shipping. Items bought from several stores travel together to keep the cost down.
- Local delivery. Your parcel is delivered inside Iraq in supported cities.
Shipping
Choose the speed that fits the order
The shipping method is chosen per group of items at checkout, and the rate is locked in with your order.
Air shipping
The fastest option, priced by weight. Best for small, urgent or high-value items.
Sea shipping
The economical option for heavy or bulky orders when you can wait a little longer.
Local delivery
Once your parcel reaches Iraq it is delivered to your address, with tracking until handover.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.
Payment
Pay in dinar, from your wallet
Top up the in-app wallet with ZainCash and use the balance to pay for orders. Every amount is shown in Iraqi dinar before you confirm.
- Wallet ledger. Every top-up, payment and refund is recorded and visible in the app.
- No card numbers stored. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never keep full card details.
- 7-day returns. Request a return within 7 days of receiving an unused item in its original condition.
- Support on WhatsApp. Talk to a real person about your order at any stage.

Frequently asked questions
Which stores can I buy from?
Amazon, SHEIN, Noon, Trendyol, Namshi, Sephora, Walmart, Taobao, 1688, AliExpress and more are available inside the app. If a store is not listed, send us the product link and we will quote it for you.
How is the final price calculated?
The product price is converted to Iraqi dinar, then our service fee, international shipping (by weight and method) and local delivery are added. The full breakdown appears before you confirm the order.
How long does delivery take?
Air shipping usually takes 7–14 business days and sea shipping 30–45 business days, plus local delivery inside Iraq. These are estimates, not guarantees — customs and carriers can add delays.
