These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Noor Shop & Ship app, website, and related services (the "Service"), operated by Noor Shop & Ship ("Noor", "we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using the Noor app or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of them, you must refrain from using the Service.
• No order can be completed until you have expressly accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

2. Services Offered

• We source the products you choose and deliver them to you in Iraq.
• The products shown in the app represent the requested specifications (look, colour, size, material).
• Noor selects and verifies the supplier or seller on your behalf across various e-commerce platforms, to ensure the product arrives with the requested specifications and quality.
• Noor is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any platform or store shown in the app. All trademarks and images belong to their respective owners.
• We provide order tracking through each stage, from purchase confirmation to delivery.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Orders, Prices and Payment

• An order is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Noor and payment is completed.
• The price shown in Iraqi Dinar is a final price covering the product, international shipping, the service fee, and customs duties, unless clearly stated otherwise before you confirm the order.
• The price does not change after purchase. Noor bears any increase in the purchase cost, and any discounts, coupons, or cost differences it obtains belong to Noor.
• Weight difference: shipping charges are calculated from the weight declared by the supplier, which is sometimes inaccurate. If, after the order is placed and before purchase, the actual weight turns out to be different, we will notify you of the adjusted price before purchasing, and you may either accept it or cancel the order for a full refund.
• When confirming an order, you may pay the full amount, or pay half the amount upfront (a deposit) and the rest on delivery.
• The deposit (50% of the order price) is non-refundable if the customer refuses to accept the order, except in the cases listed in section 7.
• Accepted payment methods:
  • The in-app wallet.
  • ZainCash.
  • The electronic payment gateway (Visa and Mastercard cards).

5. Prohibited Items

Noor does not accept orders for, or ship, any of the following:

1. Any items prohibited by Iraqi law or barred from entry by Iraqi customs.
2. Medicines and supplements that require a prescription or a licence.
3. Money, cash currency, cheques, and financial cards.
4. Antiquities, archaeological artefacts, and historical manuscripts.
5. Spying and eavesdropping devices and hidden cameras.
6. Live animals.
7. Weapons, ammunition and their parts, knives, and sharp tools.
8. Powders of unknown origin or without labelling.
9. Chemicals and flammable or explosive materials.
10. Sexual products and devices.
11. Gambling equipment and supplies.
12. Alcoholic beverages.
13. Cigarettes and tobacco products.

• Noor may cancel any order containing a prohibited item before purchasing it, refunding the full amount to the wallet.
• If a product turns out to be prohibited after it is purchased or while it is being shipped, or it is confiscated by customs, Noor is not responsible, and the amount may not be refundable.
• The user bears any legal consequences of knowingly ordering a prohibited item.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated shipping times vary by method: air shipping typically takes 7–14 business days; sea shipping typically takes 30–45 business days.
• Shipping time is counted from the date the product arrives at our warehouse, not from the date of purchase, because the supplier's delivery time to the warehouse varies from one location to another.
• Orders may be consolidated at our warehouses before being shipped to Iraq, to reduce cost and keep the shipment safe.
• Local delivery applies only to supported cities.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

7. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted only in the following cases, with a full refund including shipping and service fees, at Noor's cost:
  • The product arrives in a different colour or size from the one you ordered.
  • The product arrives damaged or broken.
• The problem must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos showing it. For a colour or size issue, the product must be unused and in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.
• Used products (such as some eBay products) are sold as described by the seller, carry no warranty, and are not covered by returns for defects or wear from previous use.
• Shipped products cannot be returned or exchanged for any other reason, including a change of mind.
• Refunds are credited to the in-app wallet.

8. Limitation of Liability

• The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. This does not affect your right to a return under section 7.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the value of that order.

9. Changes to These Terms

• We may amend these Terms at any time. For material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email.
• Amended Terms apply only to orders confirmed after they take effect; earlier orders remain subject to the Terms under which they were confirmed.
• Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iraq, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Baghdad.
