This page explains how to delete your account in the Noor Shop & Ship app (developer: Noor Shop & Ship), and which data is deleted or kept.

1. Delete your account in the app

1. Open the Noor Shop & Ship app and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete permanently.

Your account is deleted immediately. This cannot be undone.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, send us a deletion request from the phone number registered on your account:

We confirm that the request comes from the account owner, then delete the account within 30 days and tell you once it is done.

3. Data that is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details (phone number and password).
• Your profile (name and photo) and saved delivery addresses.
• Your cart, orders and order history.
• Your wallet, its balance and its transaction history.
• Your notification settings, push tokens and notification history.

Deletion is permanent. There is no deactivation or recovery period.

4. Before you delete

• Withdraw your wallet balance first. Any balance left in your wallet is deleted with the account and cannot be restored.
• Wait until your active orders are delivered. Once the account is deleted we can no longer show you an order's status or contact you about it.

5. Data that is kept

Payments made by card, ZainCash or Qi Card are also recorded by those payment providers. They keep their own transaction records under their own policies and legal obligations; deleting your Noor account does not delete them.
